✅Preparation:
Whisk eggs and sugar.
Add kefir, vanilla, bicarbonate and vegetable oil, mix, then add flour and cocoa powder.
Knead the dough until smooth. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
Cut the sponge cake into three pieces and crumble the top.
While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream.
Mix the boiling condensed milk and crème fraîche, whisk, and the cream is ready.
Glaze the cake with the cream. Decorate the top with melted chocolate and sprinkle chocolate chips on the sides.
