🥚 3 eggs
🍬 150 g sugar
🧈 100 g butter (melted)
🥛 150 ml milk
🍋 Grated zest of 1 lemon + 1 tbsp juice
🌾 250 g wheat flour
🥄 1 tsp baking powder
🍎 2-3 apples (e.g. Grey Renetta, Ligol, Jonagold)
🥄 Icing sugar for decoration
🥄 Optional: cinnamon to taste
