4.5 dl chocolate chips (dark, semi-sweet or sugar-free)
2.5 dl peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of your choice)
1.5 dl maple syrup (or sugar-free syrup)
1.25 dl coconut oil (or grass-fed butter for a non-vegan option)
