The simplest strudel dough with a delicious taste like grandma’s recipe

Ingredients
300 g wheat flour
salt
1 whole egg
2.5 dl
sour cream
100 g semi-wheat flour
100 g fat
Cooking procedure
Mix all ingredients and prepare the dough.
Let it rest for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Divide the dough into four parts and roll them out. Layer sour cream and optional filling in the middle of each piece. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve the strudel sprinkled with sugar.
