Do you love sweet, salty, and crunchy desserts that basically make your taste buds dance? Then you have to try these No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars! Seriously, this recipe is so simple, even if you’ve never baked a thing in your life, you can pull it off in under 20 minutes.
The best part? You don’t need an oven. Yep, just a bowl, a pan, and a couple of pantry staples – that’s it!
🥜 Ingredients You’ll Need:
2 cups rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy – your call!)
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
🍫 How to Make Them:
Line a pan with parchment paper – makes it easier to remove bars later.
In a medium pot, melt butter, peanut butter, and honey together over low heat. Stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
Pour over the rice cereal in a large bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Make sure it’s firm and compact.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler and drizzle over the top.
Let it set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Then cut into bars and enjoy!
