A long-forgotten, but delicious salad made from simple products! No mayonnaise!

Cooking method:
1 x cooking vegetables
Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins, cool and cut into cubes.
2 x adding other ingredients
Hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
Finely chop the pickled cucumbers and onions.
3. make the sauce
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
Add lemon juice, mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper.
Stir until creamy.
4. Combine ingredients
Mix everything in a bowl and add the chopped dill.
Serve chilled, preferably after 30 minutes in the fridge!
