Assemble the Strawberry Tiramisu
Take your serving bowl or glass dish and begin layering. Start by placing a single layer of Savoiardi biscuits in the bottom of the tin, breaking them up if necessary to ensure they hold their shape. Place half of the strawberry mixture on top of the biscuits and add a little juice for extra flavour.
Then spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the strawberries and use a spatula to create an even layer. Add another layer of ladyfingers and then the rest of the strawberry mixture. Top with the final layer of mascarpone cream and smooth the surface for an elegant presentation.
