Ingredients needed: 1 apple, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 glass of water.
Mix all ingredients except the chia seeds. Pour the mixture into a mug, add the chia seeds, and steep for 5 minutes. Drink this drink twice daily for 15-20 days.
