Preparation:
1. slicing vegetables
Cucumber pokr xnij cut into small cubes (you can leave the peel for additional fiber).
Tomatoes are also cut into cubes, removing excess juice.
Finely chop the onion and, if you want to soften the taste, soak it in cold water for 5 minutes.
Chili pepper Xi cut into very small pieces.
Finely chop the parsley.
2. Combine ingredients
Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
If you want, you can add crushed garlic for a more intense flavor.
3 x serving
The salad tastes best when chilled for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator – the flavors will meld and the taste will come out!
Serve separately as a light meal or as a side dish for grilled fish or chicken.
