A simple, healthy and cheesy recipe that will please the whole family

1️⃣ Make the cauliflower
✔️ Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
2️⃣ Sauté the vegetables
✔️ Chop the onion, garlic, peppers, zucchini and mushrooms.
✔️ Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
✔️ Add the remaining vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Prepare the sauce
✔️ Mix the sour cream, eggs and half of the grated cheese in a bowl.
✔️ Season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Assemble the casserole
