👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the Air Fryer
Set to 270°F (130°C). If your model runs cooler, go for 275°F (135°C). Preheat 2–3 minutes.
2. Arrange the Eggs
Place eggs in a single layer with space between them so air can circulate evenly.
3. Set the Time
Soft-boiled (runny yolk): 9–10 minutes
Medium-boiled (jammy yolk): 11–12 minutes
Hard-boiled (fully set): 13–15 minutes
No flipping or checking needed—the air fryer does the work.
4. Ice Bath
Immediately transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water. Chill at least 5 minutes to stop cooking, preserve color, and make peeling easier.Cooking classes online
5. Peel & Serve
Gently tap eggs, roll to loosen shells, and peel under cool running water. Season with salt and pepper, or get creative with spices and dips.
