Preparation:
So the first thing you need to do is mix the cheese curds with milk, oil, sugar and salt until smooth.
Now mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it into the mass.
Then work in for a minute with dough hooks. Quickly form into a ball and cool in the refrigerator
Then peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
Then boil in a saucepan with sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
Roll out the dough and cut into 10 x 10 cm squares.
Then place 1 tablespoon of filling in the middle of each and place the dough tips on top of each other and press firmly.
Now bake in the oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the finished apple bags with granulated sugar or lemon juice as desired.
