Apple pie 🍏 100% homemade, delicious and easy to make 🍎

👩‍🍳 Cooking steps:
1. Prepare the sweet pie
In a bowl, mix the flour, icing sugar and salt. Add the soft butter and knead the dough. Stir in the egg, shape into a smooth ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the compote
Peel and cut the apples into pieces. Cook them with brown sugar, lemon, water and cinnamon over low heat.
Mix until the dough is smooth (or mash it coarsely).
3. Line the pan
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, place it in a greased pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

4. Assembly
Pour the compote over the bottom. Peel and cut the 4 apples into thin slices and arrange them in a rosette.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and add a pat of butter.
5. Bake
Bake at 180°C (fan) for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
