Preparation:
So I do it first, stir the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Now bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes at 150 XC circulating air. Let the cake cool.
Then drain the tangerines.
Now beat the cream until stiff, 3 pck. Pour in the vanilla sugar and cream until stiff.
Now beat with 2 pcs. Stir in the vanilla sugar.
Then put the tangerines and pineapple pieces under and fold the cream loosely.
Now spread the cream evenly on the cake.
Then put in the refrigerator until the sour cream-tangerine mass is firm.
