✅ Instructions:

Choose small potatoes. Peel and boil them. If you have larger potatoes, simply cut them into pieces; new potatoes do not need to be peeled. Pour in enough cold water to cover the potatoes and add a teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil and cook for exactly three minutes – it is important not to overcook them.

✅Dressing:
In a separate bowl, mix three tablespoons of cooking oil, half a teaspoon of salt, paprika, Provencal herbs, finely chopped garlic and pepper to taste. Stir and mix with the potatoes until the dressing evenly coats each piece. Place the potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish and add the butter cubes.

Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-40 minutes, until golden brown. Baking time varies depending on the size of the pieces and the power of the oven. Sprinkle finely chopped herbs over the potatoes if desired and add more garlic before serving. The potatoes are soft inside and crispy on the outside – it is impossible to resist such beauty.
