1 pomelo (or lemon)
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup water
PREPARATION AND USE:
Add baking soda to water and stir until dissolved, then add lemon or grapefruit juice and mix well. Drink a fresh mixture every morning 20 minutes before breakfast, and you can soon expect wonderful results.
