Balanced Prime Rib Power Plate

Roasted Potatoes:

2 cups diced potatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Green Beans or Veg of Choice:

1 cup green beans (or broccoli/asparagus)

1 tsp olive oil

Salt & pepper

Optional:

¼ cup beef gravy or au jus

Instructions

Season & Cook the Prime Rib

Rub prime rib with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.

Sear in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side.

Transfer to oven at 325°F (160°C) until warmed through or reaches your preferred doneness.

Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Roast the Potatoes

Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Cook the Veggies

Toss green beans with a little oil, salt & pepper.

Roast for 10–12 minutes OR sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.

Serve

Plate your prime rib with roasted potatoes and veggies.

Drizzle with gravy or au jus if desired.
