BANANA-ALMOND SMOOTHIE WITH AVOCADO

1๏ธโƒฃ Preparation of ingredients:

Peel the bananas and avocado. Dice the apple and rinse the almonds after soaking. ๐ŸŒŸ

2๏ธโƒฃ Combining Ingredients:Place all ingredients in a blender: bananas, avocado, apple, almonds, plant-based milk, and optional honey and mint leaves. ๐ŸŒฟ

3๏ธโƒฃ Blending:
Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes and blend for a few seconds to make the smoothie cooler. ๐ŸงŠ
