Chicken with mustard and creamy mushrooms

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Preparation:
1. cooking chicken:
Lightly chop the chicken fillet with a pestle, season with salt and pepper, then roll in flour.
Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Fry the chicken over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.zloty. Transfer to a plate.
2. Cooking mushrooms:
Fry the mushrooms in the same pan until golden brown for 5 minutes.zloty. Add garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
3. Mustard sauce:
Add mustard, cream, honey and fresh thyme to the pan with mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return the fried chicken fillet back to the pan and cook for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
