1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix warm milk, condensed milk, and egg.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
4. Add the softened butter and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8–10 minutes by hand or 5–6 minutes in a stand mixer.
5. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
6. Punch down the dough and divide into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a log and place them side by side in a greased loaf pan.
7. Cover and let rise until puffy and almost doubled, about 40–50 minutes.
8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
9. While still warm, brush the top with condensed milk for extra shine and sweetness.
10. Optionally, brush with honey butter for added flavor
