First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Now cut the pork neck into bite-sized pieces, dice the bell peppers. Quarter the onions, finely chop the garlic.
Next, heat the oil in an ovenproof pot or Dutch oven and sear the meat in batches, then remove it.
Now sauté the onions and bacon. Add the bell peppers and cook briefly.
Also delicious: Cloud cake without flour using 800g quark (or farmer’s cheese).
Then stir in the tomato paste, curry powder, and paprika.
Next, add the beef broth and chopped tomatoes and bring everything to a boil.
Now stir in the meat and season with Worcestershire sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
Cover and braise in the oven for 45 minutes, then uncover and cook for another 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Enjoy!
