Preparation:
First heat the butter until it melts.
Then mix the butter, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, desiccated coconut and whipped cream into a dough and knead.
Let the dough cool for 10-15 minutes.
Then shape the marble shells into small half-jewels and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 170°C in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
3. Mix 50 g sugar and 4 bags of vanilla sugar in a large bowl while baking.
“Now place the finished croissants in the vanilla sugar mixture and let them cool.
P.S.: The croissants may feel soft straight from the oven, but that will change after a short cooling period! Done!
