Creamy Ground Beef on Toast Recipe

Instructions
Rinse the dried beef under cold water to remove excess salt. Pat dry with paper towels, then cut into small pieces.
Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the dried and ground beef to the melted butter and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned and fragrant.
Sprinkle the white flour over the ground beef and butter, stirring constantly to form a smooth paste (roux).
Gradually pour the whole milk into the saucepan, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Season the mixture with black pepper and Worcestershire sauce for a delicious flavor.
Continue to cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and becomes creamy.
Toast the bread slices until golden brown and buttery.
