3. Fry the chicken:
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan to about 175 °C. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and place them directly in the hot oil. Fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Place the finished pieces on kitchen paper to drain.
4. Prepare the sauce:
Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the tomato puree and pressed garlic. Mix in the cucumber and olives.
Season with salt and pepper.
Keep cold until serving.
