🌿1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or other favorite spices

1️⃣Preparing the Dough
✔️In a bowl, combine the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and salt.
✔️Beat with a whisk until smooth and lump-free.
✔️Add chopped rosemary or other spices and mix.
2️⃣Shaping the chips
✔️Place small portions of the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
✔️Gently roll them out to make them thin and round.
3️⃣Pastry
✔️Bake at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
