Preparation steps:
1. Prepare the batter
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat well.
Add the oil, then gradually pour in the milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
Finish by adding your chosen flavour (rum, orange blossom, vanilla).
2. Let rest
Let the batter rest for 1 hour for fluffier crêpes.
If you are in a hurry, you can use it right away.
3. Cook the crêpes
Heat a lightly greased pan.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pans and spread it thinly.
Cook until the edges come loose, then flip and finish cooking the crêpes on the other side.
