Dessert in a jar: The best dessert I’ve ever tasted, practical and delicious

Recipe Ingredients:

For the  Cake:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil (8 fl oz)
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour (14.8 oz) – (420 g)
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar (16 oz)
  • 1½ cups of water (12 fl oz)
  • 1 tablespoon of  baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

For the Filling:

  • 1 can of  sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1¼ cups of shredded coconut (3.5 oz) – (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter or margarine

For the Topping:

  • 2 cups of milk (16 fl oz)
  • 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar (4 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
