1. First, season the ground meat, onions, garlic, and 100g of cheese with salt and pepper.
2. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with a little oil. Spread the mixture on the dough, roll it up, and cut it into slices about 2cm thick. (Or simply bake them rolled up.)
4. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with 100g of cheese. Bake at 210°C (410°F) for about 40 minutes. Done!
“` Tip: You can also brown the ground meat beforehand and spread it over the dough; then the baking time will be about 30 minutes. Can be eaten hot or cold.
