Dough rolled up with 500g ground meat, baked in the oven for 10 minutes

1. First, season the ground meat, onions, garlic, and 100g of cheese with salt and pepper.

2. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with a little oil. Spread the mixture on the dough, roll it up, and cut it into slices about 2cm thick. (Or simply bake them rolled up.)

4. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with 100g of cheese. Bake at 210°C (410°F) for about 40 minutes. Done!

“` Tip: You can also brown the ground meat beforehand and spread it over the dough; then the baking time will be about 30 minutes. Can be eaten hot or cold.

Enjoy!
