Easy yogurt brioche without kneading or butter

_ Put the yeast, flour, sugar, yoghurt, butter, beaten eggs, yoghurt and milk in a food processor.

_ Knead for 10 minutes, then cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

_ After this time, degas the dough and shape it as desired.

_ Place them in a greased tin and let them rise again for 2 hours.

_ Then bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes. If they darken too quickly, cover with aluminium foil.

_ Let them cool on a wire rack before eating this delicacy
