Fantastic flatbreads with just 3 ingredients, my whole family loves them!

1. First, sift the flour into a bowl. Then add the baking soda and salt and mix. Next, add the kefir and knead into a smooth dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.

2. Now let the dough rest on the work surface for at least 10 minutes. Then put it in the refrigerator and let it rest there for at least 20 minutes. This will make the dough more elastic.

3. Now divide the dough into 5 equal portions and shape each one into a flatbread by hand. Then prick them with a fork and fry them in a pan without oil until golden brown on both sides.

After baking, the flatbreads can be brushed with melted butter, but this is optional. Done! Enjoy!
