FARM POTATOES: A delicious one-pan meal

Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion. Fry for about 3 minutes until soft and browned.
Add the garlic and fry for about 30 seconds to release the aroma.
Cooking
Then add the chopped potatoes and mix thoroughly. Fry until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
Add the chopped peppers and mushrooms, season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
Finally, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and cover the pan for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serving
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm straight from the pan.
Notes
You can serve it as a separate dish or as a side dish with meat. For a more elegant serving, use a plate and garnish with fresh herbs. It is recommended to serve with freshly squeezed juice or mineral water. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
