👩🍳 Preparation (easier than you think!):
1️⃣ Mix flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add water and mix with a spoon – the dough should be sticky.
2️⃣ Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 12-18 hours (e.g. overnight).
3️⃣ The next day, lightly dust the dough with flour and shape it into a ball.
4️⃣ Let rise for 30 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F) with a cast iron pot or baking dish inside.
5️⃣ Place the bread in the hot pot, cover with a lid and bake for 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes uncovered, until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
