Preparation
This amount is enough for about 9 pieces, for 2-3 people.
First, beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, then stir in the flour mixed with baking powder, pudding powder, salt, lemon juice and cottage cheese. Finally, grate the apple coarsely with the peel and mix in.
Now heat the melted butter in a non-stick frying pan, then immediately lower the heat slightly, add a heaped spoonful of batter to each piece and bake.
