Grandma’s cabbage rolls

Take a cabbage leaf, fill it with the prepared meat mixture and carefully roll it up, folding the sides in so that the filling does not fall out.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the cabbage rolls on both sides until golden brown.
7️⃣
Add the broth to the pan, reduce the heat and let the rolls simmer for about 45 minutes, until they are cooked through.
