How to make delicious sugar-free candied orange slices

1️⃣ Preparing the oranges:
Wash the oranges thoroughly and blanch them in boiling water.
Cut the fruit into thin slices, removing the seeds. 🍊🔪

2️⃣ Making the syrup:
In a pot, bring the water with honey (or agave syrup) to a boil. Add optional spices to enhance the flavor. 🌿✨

3️⃣ Candiing:
Gently place the orange slices in the syrup. Simmer for 40-50 minutes, until the peel is soft and the slices are slightly translucent.

Gently stir occasionally to prevent the slices from sticking to the bottom of the pan. 🍊💦

4️⃣ Drying:Place the slices on a wire rack or baking paper. Let them dry for a few hours at room temperature or in an oven at 80°C (175°F) for 1-2 hours.
