Preparation:
Here’s how you do it: First, mix the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and quark in a bowl.
Then fold in the flour mixed with the baking powder and carefully add the tangerines or raisins.
Then pour the cake into a greased cake tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 55-60 minutes.
