  • If you want a creamier effect, you can add 2–3 tablespoons of 18% cream.
  • They taste best when still slightly warm, right after baking.
    • 400 g cottage cheese (preferably ground, semi-fat)
    • 1 vanilla pudding (powder, sugar-free – approx. 40 g)
    • 3 eggs (separate the yolks from the other)
    • 80 g sugar
    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
    • a pinch of salt
    • optional: lemon zest or a few drops of vanilla extract
    • powdered sugar for sprinkling
