If you have 1 egg and yogurt, you can make this dessert in 5 minutes! Without an oven and even without yeast

Do this:
1. Whisk eggs, sugar, yogurt, salt and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
2. Fold in flour and baking powder, stir gently with a spoon – the batter should be thick but soft.
Frying:
1. Heat a little butter or oil in a frying pan over low heat.
2. Scoop out the batter and flatten slightly.
3. Fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until the pancakes are golden and fluffy.
Serving:
• Dust with icing sugar or serve with yogurt, fresh fruit, jam or honey.
• Also delicious cold!
