Insanely delicious cottage cheese snow cake with vanilla pudding in 10 minutes!

Ingredients:

✅ Sponge cake:

4 eggs (L)
100 g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
80 g cake flour
1 tablespoon potato flour

✅ Cheese filling (snow):

500 g semi-fat cottage cheese from a bucket (e.g. Piątnica, President)
250 ml 30% cream (chilled)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons gelatin + 4 tablespoons hot water

✅ Vanilla pudding:

2 packages of sugar-free vanilla pudding (e.g. Winiary)
750 ml milk
4 tablespoons sugar
100 g butter

✅ For sprinkling:

powdered sugar
