Preparation:
Finely grate the cheese first.
Wash and finely chop the herbs.
Then mix the flour with the baking powder. Crush the garlic. Mix the eggs thoroughly with salt and sugar.
Warm the milk slightly and stir it into the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix again. Then add the herbs, garlic and cheese.
Add oil and butter (to taste, about 20-50 g) and mix with a whisk. Enjoy!
