Directions:
Preheat oven and prepare food: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place 8 sausages in a rectangular aluminum foil pan or ovenproof dish.

Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Bake the sausages: Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the sausages, making sure they are well coated. Divide the thinly sliced ​​medium onion among the sausages. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

To serve: Remove from oven and let the sausages rest for a few minutes. Garnish with a tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley (optional) and serve.
