Directions:
Preheat oven and prepare food: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place 8 sausages in a rectangular aluminum foil pan or ovenproof dish.
Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Bake the sausages: Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the sausages, making sure they are well coated. Divide the thinly sliced medium onion among the sausages. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
To serve: Remove from oven and let the sausages rest for a few minutes. Garnish with a tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley (optional) and serve.
