Instructions:
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
2. Add the oil and buttermilk and mix.
3️⃣ Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt – mix briefly until combined.
4️⃣ Finally, add the chopped nuts and gently fold in with a spoon.
5️⃣ Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (top and bottom) for 45–50 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean).
6️⃣ Topping: Melt the butter with the milk and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Pour over the slightly cooled cake and sprinkle with nuts.
