Lightly salted cucumbers “Minutka”

Cooking procedure:
It is better to choose small, young cucumbers. If the vegetables are wilted, wash them and pour them in cold, clean water for a couple of hours.
Finely chop the dill, cut the garlic into slices and add them to the cucumbers and salt. Mix everything well and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate.
This is a classic recipe for pickling such lightly salted cucumbers. If you add all the other ingredients listed in the recipe, you will get lightly salted, very spicy cucumbers. So, cook the cucumbers according to two recipes and choose the one that suits you and your family best.
