Pizza sauce – as needed
Red, Green & Yellow Capsicum – chopped
Chopped salami (optional or substitute)
Mozzarella cheese – shredded
Black olives – sliced
Pepper powder – to taste
Mixed herbs – to taste
Instructions
Make the Batter:
Mix flour, yogurt, and baking powder to form a smooth, pourable batter.
Cook the Base:
Brush a pan with oil.
Pour the batter and spread gently.
Cover and cook on low flame for about 5 mins until slightly set.
Flip & Add Toppings:
Flip the base.
Spread pizza sauce.
Add capsicums, salami, cheese, olives, pepper, and herbs.
Final Cook:
Cover and cook on low flame until the cheese melts and the base is golden.
