Preparation:
1. Prepare the dough
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Gradually add the eggs and milk, stirring until you get a thick, smooth and homogeneous dough.
2. Add the ingredients
Stir in the flaked tuna, spring onion, garlic, shallot, parsley and thyme. Mix well to distribute the flavors.
3. Preparation
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large frying pan.
Using a spoon, drop small balls of dough into the hot oil.
Fry for a few minutes on each side until the fried breads are golden brown and puffed up.
Drain on paper towels.
4. Serving
Serve them piping hot with a hot sauce, lemon mayonnaise or a green salad. 🌿
