3️⃣ Stir-fry the vegetables.
Add the remaining oil to the same pan.
Stir in the onion, garlic, carrots, cabbage and bell pepper.
Fry for 4–5 minutes until the vegetables are soft but still crispy.
4️⃣ Prepare the sauce.
Whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
5️⃣ Stir.
Return the ground beef to the pan.
Add the noodles and pour over the sauce. Stir all ingredients until noodles are well coated and sauce has thickened slightly, about 2–3 minutes.
6️⃣ Finish and serve
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy!
