🥬 German Cabbage with Dumplings
Ingredients:

You’ll need 1 medium head of green cabbage (chopped), 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon of salt (for the dumplings), ½ cup of milk, 2 eggs, and chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional).

Instructions:

Cook the Cabbage Base:
Melt the butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.

Add the Cabbage:
Stir in the chopped cabbage, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage becomes tender.
