Evaporated milk

Place over medium-high heat

Once boiling, reduce heat to medium

Step 4: Remove & Mix

Remove from heat

Immediately add:

 Chocolate chips

Marshmallow fluff

Vanilla extract

Whisk vigorously until smooth and glossy — about 1–2 minutes

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan
