Preparing the custard:
Pour the sugar into a frying pan with a non-stick coating and add the egg yolks.
Pour in the milk and whisk everything together.
Add the flour and whisk again until smooth.
Place the saucepan over medium heat.
Cook the cream until it thickens, about 6 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the cream cool.
Assemble the desserts:
Once the cake and cream have cooled, begin assembling the dessert.
Place 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs in a glass or cup.
Then add 2 tablespoons of cream.
Repeat the layers until the container is full.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Serve, garnishing as desired.
