In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter,protein powder,cocoa powder , sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Stir vigorously with a spatula or spoon until a thick, uniform dough forms. It should hold together when pressed.
Too Dry? Add a teaspoon of water or milk of choice.
Too Sticky/Wet? Add an extra tablespoon of protein powder or cocoa.
Step 2: Roll the Balls
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough. Roll between your palms to form smooth, round balls. For easier handling, lightly dampen your hands.
For Extra Pizzazz: Roll the finished balls in crushed nuts, cocoa powder, or coconut.
Step 3: Chill to Set
Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or freeze for 15). This step is crucial for the perfect firm, fudgy texture.

Enjoy cold! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months for a ready-to-eat frozen treat.
